1. What FetchPins does

FetchPins is a free online tool that lets you download media from public Pinterest pins: videos (MP4), images, GIFs and audio (MP3 or M4A). It works only with public pins and offers only the formats and qualities that Pinterest makes available for each pin.

2. Your responsibility for what you download

Content on Pinterest belongs to its creators and may be protected by copyright. You are responsible for how you use anything you download with FetchPins.

• Use downloads for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you own the content or have the creator's permission.
• Don't repost, sell or claim other people's content as your own.
• Don't use FetchPins in a way that breaks any law or Pinterest's own terms.

3. What you must not do

• Try to access private pins, secret boards or any content that needs a login
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to send large numbers of requests
• Try to break, overload or reverse engineer the site
• Use FetchPins to download content you know is infringing or illegal

4. No affiliation with Pinterest

FetchPins is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

5. Copyright complaints

FetchPins doesn't host Pinterest content. Files come from Pinterest's servers when you download them. If you believe content is infringing your copyright, see our DMCA page. You can also report the pin to Pinterest directly.

6. The service is provided as is

We work to keep FetchPins fast and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or work with every pin. Pinterest can change how it serves media at any time, which may stop some downloads from working. FetchPins is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, FetchPins and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use the site, or from how you use downloaded content.

8. Third-party services

FetchPins uses Google Analytics and links to other websites, including Pinterest. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or change, pause or stop parts of the service. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using FetchPins after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
