DMCA and Copyright Policy

First, how FetchPins works

FetchPins doesn't host, upload or store Pinterest content. When a user pastes a public pin link, the tool fetches the media that Pinterest already serves for that pin, and the file goes from Pinterest's servers to the user's device. This means:

• To remove content from the internet, report the pin to Pinterest. Pinterest's copyright form: Pinterest copyright help.
• We can block specific pins or URLs from being downloaded through FetchPins.

How to send us a takedown notice

Email your notice to fetchpins@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". It must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature (your full name typed is fine).
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The exact pin URL or URLs you want blocked on FetchPins.
• Your name, address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.

Notices missing these details may not be processed. Sending a false notice can make you liable for damages.

What happens next

• We review valid notices and aim to respond within 3 business days.
• If the notice is valid, we block the listed pin URLs from being downloaded through FetchPins.
• We let you know by email when it's done.

Counter-notice

If you believe a pin was blocked by mistake, send a counter-notice to fetchpins@gmail.com with: your signature, the blocked pin URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was blocked by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, phone number and email, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We will review it and may restore access.
